Architecture and design
created by the best architect in Bulgaria in 2007, and the complex itself is designed in such a way that most of the apartments have a direct view of the sea.

Construction and materials used.
The load-bearing structure will consist of reinforced concrete, the internal walls between the rooms will be made of 10 cm thick bricks. The external walls of the building will be 30 cm thick for better sound and thermal insulation. For the same reason, the walls between the individual apartments will also be 30 cm thick.


Building's facade:
It will consist mainly of expensive stone and decorative wood (textulite), which will give the complex a luxurious look and at the same time ensure the long-term and sustainability of the facade.
