We offer you a complex located on the shore of a small bay with a sandy-rocky beach. The coastline faces northeast. On the south side, the territory is limited by a small ravine. Camping "Oasis" is located 300 meters to the north. The nearest settlement - Lozenets (Tsarevo community) - is located two kilometers away. The city of Bourgas and the international airport is 65 km to the north.

Development of the territory of the village
The territory of the village will be fenced off from neighboring sites and divided into three zones. The zones will also be separated from each other by hedges and located mainly at different levels of vertical planning.

Description:
The zone of first class houses (INDIVIDUAL zone) is located on the most beautiful place of the plot directly on the seashore. Three individual houses (family houses) with separate saunas, outdoor pools, private parking, etc. will be built in this zone. The area of houses is 250 - 300 m². There are standard projects in which, at the request of the buyer, changes can be made that do not change the overall architectural and stylistic decision of the house and the entire village. Also, the finishing of each house, the installation of household appliances will be individually coordinated. The zone of business class houses (the PRIVATE zone) is built up with two types of houses.

Two three-level townhouses, also located on the very shore, each have four apartments. Each apartment adjoins a small courtyard (1-2 acres). The area of the apartments is 102 and 133 m². The overall design of the house is not subject to change. Minor changes in the internal layout and finishes and materials for it can be selected by the customer from the proposed list.

Three-level business class houses (apartment houses type A) are located at 30 - 100 meters from the shore and consist of apartments ranging from 56 to 73 m². The project is not subject to change, the customer will be able to choose one of several finishes. Re-planning of the apartments is possible for a fee, in agreement with the architects and in accordance with the norms of the Bulgarian legislation.

The RECREATION zone consists of apartment houses type B, a multifunctional building of the Water Sports Center and a small shopping center. An outdoor swimming pool is located in the same area.

Houses of the "second home" class of low-rise type (three levels) have apartments ranging from 38 to 59 m². Finishing is carried out by the developer. Re-planning of the apartments is possible for a fee, in agreement with the architects and in accordance with the norms of the Bulgarian legislation.

In the multifunctional building of the Water Sports Center there are classes for the preparation of amateur scuba divers under the PADI program. After the construction of a berth for boats and small yachts, the Center will develop other areas of sports. In the same building there is a restaurant with 30 seats, with a cafe and a bar, an open bar on the roof - a panorama. The building has 16 hotel rooms, other administrative and utility rooms, including a diving equipment store.
