Belgradchik is a city of about 5,300 inhabitants located in northwestern Bulgaria, in the Vidin region and is the administrative center of the Belogradchik municipality of the same name, which makes it the second largest settlement in the region. Located 50 km from the regional center of Vidin, 60 km from the city of Montana and 100 km from the city of Vratsa.

● One of the natural wonders of Bulgaria, the Belogradchik Rocks, stretches for 30 km from west to east. Created by nature from sandstone and limestone, the rocks, under the influence of erosion, weathering and other natural processes, have acquired fantastic shapes, which naturally evokes a flight of fancy and gives rise to many legends.

● Magura cave - its total length is about 3000 m, of which 1400 m are landscaped. Cave drawings of people of the Bronze Age, whose age exceeds 3000 years, have been preserved.

● The Belogradchik fortress of Kaleto is one of the best preserved in Bulgaria.

Plot area: 500 m².

The house was built in 2012, consists of two floors - a living room with a dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a corridor.

The house is fully completed, furnished and equipped - sewerage, parking, thermal insulation.

Finished rooms - laminate, porcelain stoneware, painted walls, air conditioning, PVC double-glazed windows, equipped bathroom, heating with wood and electricity.

On the ground floor of the house there is a basement, a living room and a kitchen box - they are in the process of finishing work.

The yard is enclosed by a massive stone fence with beautiful wrought iron gates. A massive canopy-veranda with a barbecue oven was built. There is a garage, a well. Stone paths are laid, garden lighting is installed.
