The Dluga Palace is a place that managed to combine two seemingly completely different functions - retail and residential. The seven-story building today offers 46 apartments and 15 non-residential premises ranging from 53 m2 (2 + kk) to retail and office space 280 m2 (6 + kk.) Most of the apartments on the upper floors have spacious terraces and balconies, from where an unforgettable panorama of old Prague with its tiled roofs, narrow streets and dozens of ancient towers opens.
