The Dluga Palace is a place that managed to combine two seemingly completely different functions - retail and residential. The seven-story building today offers 46 apartments and 15 non-residential premises ranging from 53 m2 (2 + kk) to retail and office space 280 m2 (6 + kk.) Most of the apartments on the upper floors have spacious terraces and balconies, from where an unforgettable panorama of old Prague with its tiled roofs, narrow streets and dozens of ancient towers opens.
In order for residents of the residence to feel safe, a reception with security and a video camera system are provided. All rooms in the house are sold in Shell & Core. This means that each new owner can, at his discretion, place partitions, electrical wiring and choose interior decoration. When implementing the project, above-standard materials were used taking into account the future elite contingent of residents.
Living and working in the center of Prague has always been considered something exceptional. The feelings that embrace you on the way home in the middle of medieval architecture cannot be described in words. The streets of the Old Town lead you directly to the back entrance, and the theater, in the cafe of which you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or good Czech wine in the evening, is located right on the ground floor.
The place where the Dloug Palace now stands has attracted the inhabitants of Prague since time immemorial, because the Old Town has always been a concentration of business life thanks to the crossroads of European trade and business routes that it has remained to this day. A couple of steps away is the Old Town Square with world-famous chimes, and on the other hand, there are two large shopping centers: Palladium and Kotva, where you can buy everything your heart desires.
Note: Apartments and residential buildings in the Czech Republic for the most part do not have a separate kitchen. The kitchenette is part of the living room or dining room. Please note - in the tables and descriptions of real estate with the symbols 1 + kk means a one-room apartment with a kitchenette (kk) in the room. Accordingly, 2 + kk - living room-kitchen and bedroom. If the apartment has two rooms and a separate kitchen, then this type will be indicated as “2 + 1 .
