The medieval tower, built by the Saracens in 1000 BC, located in a magical corner in the south of Tuscany with a magnificent view of the sea at 180 degrees, bordering the Maremma National Park. It is an ideal place for an unforgettable vacation. No wonder it was here that the famous American James Bond film “Quantum of the Sun” was shot with Daniel Craig.
The tower is fully restored and offers a comfortable stay. Consists of: 2 salons, one of them with access to a magnificent spacious terrace with a seating and dining area, equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms with bathrooms.
There is also a guest house and a pool on site. Private descent to the sea.
The price includes:

The guest house includes two double bedrooms with bathrooms, a living room, an air conditioning system;
- Six-hour cleaning of the bedrooms and living room of the main villa 6 days a week +
additional two-hour guest house cleaning. Kitchen cleaning is excluded if guests use it.
-Gift set in each bathroom;
-High season: mandatory check-in and check-out day on Saturday;
-Low season: free check-in and check-out day;
- Utility costs (electricity, gas, water), excluding heating;
-Air conditioning;
-Use of two kitchens in the main house;
- Unlimited Internet access to the main villa, in the guest house, near the pool and on the terrace above the pool;
-Outdoor pool 6x4m open from June 1 to September 30;
-Direct access to the beach (80 meters from the house). The beach is used by two villas;
