Turkey plans to open summer season in 2021 earlier
The Turkish authorities have scheduled the opening of the summer tourist season for foreign visitors in 2021 earlier than in 2020. The tourist season starts in April.Turkey lost 68% of foreign tourists in 2020, despite being one of the few countries open to tourist travel without restrictions. In 2021, the country plans to receive from 25 to 30 million foreign tourists.
And also the Turkish government plans to make Antalya the capital of health tourism and receive tourists all year round.
For this, the appropriate infrastructure is now being built: modern clinics and a high-speed rail link with Istanbul.
