We offer you a five-storey hotel, built in 2000, in the wonderful resort village of Ravda. In 2007, a complete renovation of the facility was carried out. The proposed hotel has 43 double and triple rooms and two suites with equipped kitchen, completely ready for living. The last floor reveals a sea panorama of the sea, the historical town of Nessebar, k.k. Sunny Beach and St. Vlas.



The hotel has the following distribution of rooms:

On the ground floor there is a reception and accommodation service, a restaurant with 90 seats and a summer garden with a billiard table, a kitchen, a grocery store, a room for quick and light snacks and storage rooms;



Four hotel floors with 43 rooms and 2 suites for a total of approximately 110 beds. Absolutely all rooms have a private bathroom with a toilet and a terrace.



The rooms are thought out to the smallest detail every detail and interior item. In the presence of two or three beds, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, dressing table, TV, refrigerator and portmanteau.



The apartments consist of one bedroom, furnished as follows: upholstered furniture, coffee table, TV, built-in kitchen with el. equipment in the guest room, two beds with bedside cabinets, a wardrobe and a dressing table in the bedroom, a portmanteau in the hallway.



The restaurant kitchen is designed and equipped in accordance with all necessary fire safety requirements, sanitary and epidemiological stations, etc. Commercial premises are sold with all necessary equipment.
