Location

The house is located in close proximity to the center of the village of Dyulevo. The village is located in southeastern Bulgaria, in the region of Burgas, 35 km from the city of Burgas and 5 km from the district center - the town of Sredets. Lake Mandra is located 15 km from the village. About 550 people live permanently in the village. The village is clean and well-maintained, there is a regular bus transport to the cities of Sredets and Burgas. Several English families have bought houses here. The village of Dyulevo is distinguished by beautiful and untouched nature, and a beautiful forest is located 5 km away. There are hiking-friendly areas suitable for picnics.



Description of the house

The house is located on a plot of 980 m². and has a built-up area of 144 m²., distributed over two floors:

1st floor: entrance hall, corridor with stairs, living room with dining room and kitchen, bathroom, utility room with a sink for a washing machine;

2nd floor: three bedrooms, two bathrooms and storage room.

Access to the upper floor is provided by a U-shaped steel concrete staircase installed in the corridor in the eastern part of the house. The main access to the house is from the street, and on the west side from the living room there is an exit to the courtyard.
