Iconic is a private residential consisting of several blocks of bungalow-type houses, located in Gran Alacant, very close to Santa Pola, Alicante and Elche.

Iconic will allow you to choose between 2 and 3 bedroom homes, on the ground floor with a garden or terrace, and the upper floor with a terrace or solarium, depending on the model. All homes come with a kitchen furnished and equipped with a hob and oven, aerothermal, air conditioning ducts, aluminum windows with electric shutters, porcelain floor, garage and storage room.

Most of the homes have sea views, in a residential area with well-kept common areas that include walking areas, green areas, swimming pools, Jacuzzi, exercise machines, children’s play area and parking for bicycles.
