With a design that echoes the spirit of the Swiss jeweler de GRISOGONO , the project is located on the edge of Safa Park, with incomparable views of the Dubai Canal on one side and the busy Sheikh Zayed Road on the other. The architectural design follows the masterpiece necklace created by Fawaz Gruosi , founder of de GRISOGONO . Unique to the design and the tower is the deep, regal shade of emerald green that will become the hallmark of these buildings.

In symbiosis with the neighboring greenery of Safa Park, the building will intertwine with nature, rising along with the tower and culminating in what will become the pearl of a tropical garden. The project will have two towers with luxury and super-luxury floors. Hanging gardens will be scattered throughout the towers, using the essence of nature from the ground level. At the top of Tower A, the tallest of both towers, residents and visitors can admire an urban tropical island with cascading waterfalls, abundant plants, and the sounds and sights of exotic birds.

At the base, residents will experience a taste of sunny tropical living with an artificial beach, swimming pool and children's area amidst lush greenery.
