Apartment in Dubai Marina, United Arab Emirates

Al Seef Tower is a 44-story residential tower at Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 215 m. The construction of the Al Seef Tower was completed in April 2005.

The Al Seef Tower is of unsurpassed architectural and structural design and usually a project of this kind usually takes at least two and a half years, but the hallmark of this tower is that it was built in a record time of 21 months (completed in April 2005 ). Another point of interest is its design, which includes a square shape on the lower floors, a wider extended shape (because of the balconies) on the middle level, a round shape on the higher level, and a pyramid crown on the top. This is definitely an eclectic design that might not work for everyone.

With apartments of different sizes on different floors, Al Seef Towers have more complex architectural and structural aspects than if you were building a tower with apartments of the same size. We had to include a console above the two bedroom apartments and a large console on the 36th floor above the three bedroom apartments.

Al Seef Tower offers a wide range of residences from 2 bedrooms to penthouses that include spacious floor plans. It also has standard amenities such as a swimming pool and gym. A branch of Mashreq Bank is located at ground level. This is one of the few tower projects in the UAE for developer Deyaar.
