The world’s 7 best housing markets

Although much of the world is experiencing depreciation in housing prices, some countries’ prices are rising, as Business Insider has shown in a list of the 7 best housing markets.
The list is based on year-over-year (YoY) home price changes, and includes: Hong Kong, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, Dehli (India), Norway and Sao Paulo (Brazil).

The highest were Sao Paulo, Brazil, which was up by 15.56% and Norway, which rose by 6.26%.
However, the latest report from the Global Property Guide (GPG) shows that even the strongest housing markets are losing strength due to the economy.

Of the 39 countries tracked by GPG quarterly, house prices fell in 25 countries and rose in just 13.
