Resort description:
The complex is located in a resort village, which pleases with its excellent location on the southern Black Sea coast of Bulgaria. It is located 2 km from the ancient city of Sozopol and 34 km south of Bourgas. The complex is located as an amphitheater on the first line by the sea and repeats the curves of the picturesque bay. Nearby is the famous Royal Beach with fine white sand, and the mixed forest surrounding on three sides turns the village into a cozy and wonderful place for recreation and for permanent residence.

Description of the complex:
The holiday village consists of 80 three- and four-story buildings with apartments of various types and offers a large number of services and entertainment. The complex is located in a beautiful greenery location on the coast, and therefore most of the apartments offer magnificent views of the sea. The houses in their architecture resemble the style of the Bulgarian Revival period of the 19th century. 70 of the total building area are allocated for green spaces, park alleys, parking lots and places for recreation and entertainment.

The houses consist of 4 main types of apartments: two- and three-room apartments, atelier-type apartments, attic two-storey atelier-type apartments. All apartments have terraces, most apartments have a beautiful sea view.

Studio apartments (44-56 m²) include a seating area and a sleeping area. The kitchenette is located next to the bathroom.
One-bedroom apartments (56-89 m²) offer great variety.
Two bedroom apartments (82-165 m²) offer large living rooms and large terraces with unique sea views.

Attic two-room apartments (62-73 m²) are located on the last floors of the houses and therefore offer lovely views of the sea and the surrounding nature.
The architecture of the apartments in the complex is carefully planned, however, in the early stages of construction, modifications of the area are possible at the request of customers.
