Information about Sunny Beach
Sunny Beach is the largest seaside resort in Bulgaria. It is located in a secluded bay, open to the east. The length of the beach strip is more than 8 km, it is covered with fine sand, in some places it reaches a width of up to 150 m.

In Sunny Beach there are dunes that are protected by UNESCO. Clean and calm sea, soft sand, fresh sea air - contribute to a pleasant and unforgettable vacation.
Only two kilometers from Sunny Beach is the town of Nessebar, which is also under the protection of UNESCO. It intertwines different cultures - Thracian, Yelin, Roman, Byzantine and Bulgarian.

About the complex
The complex is located in the western part of Sunny Beach - the most famous resort area in Bulgaria with the most beautiful beaches "Cacao Beach" and "Bedroom". The complex is located just 15 minutes from the center and 5 minutes walk from the beach, where our guests can not only enjoy the warm sun and gentle sea, but also other outdoor activities such as: fishing, diving (snorkeling), water skiing and etc.

Description of the complex and finishing of the apartment
The apartments are air-conditioned and have balconies with stunning views. And if our guests are tired of the beach and want to take a break from it, they can enjoy an outdoor pool, a real barbecue, and delicious food in the restaurant of the complex, our menu also includes pizza on beech wood coals.
