MARINA COMPLEX

The Marina Complex is the shopping and entertainment center of the resort. Located only a few meters from the water, the complex contains a residential part with shops, restaurants and a comfortable, picturesque area. The complex has a superb location overlooking the marina and golf course pond, and all of its apartments have the undeniable advantage of facing south.



Marina Complex offers a variety of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments to choose from, located in 6 residential blocks. The area of the apartments is from 59 m². up to 149 m²., with an average area of 93 m². The size of the terraces varies from 9 to 71 m², and the average area is 22 m².



Finished apartments feature luxurious finishes and fully equipped kitchens, including all kitchen appliances. The small, rustic-style cottages are built with traditional bricks.



HILLSIDE COMPLEX

Apartments in Hillside are located above the Marina complex, just 150 m from the sea, next to a 5-star hotel. The complex consists of 10 residential blocks, built in a comfortable traditional style, each for up to 6 apartments, with unobstructed views of the golf course and the sea. Three swimming pools are provided for the residents of the complex, and the close distance from the beach and the pier makes the complex one of the most attractive places to live in the entire resort.



The complex features wide spaces, with spacious living areas and terraces, a variety of apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, ranging in size from 36 to 139 m². The terraces vary in size from 8 to 40 m² and offer a wonderful view. Each apartment has underground parking; larger apartments have more than one parking space.



Owners of real estate in the golf complex receive membership in the club for 20 years.



Those who wish to become a member of the golf club, but do not own property in the golf complex, pay a fee of 40,000 euros.

Annual membership fee - 1600 euros without VAT.
