Since 2005 The company is located in a new building - its own production base.
Until 2007 the company has fulfilled all the mandatory requirements of the European regulations and is certified as an “enterprise approved for an expert in the European Union”.
In 2011 the company is ISO22 000 certified. IFS standard certification is to be done.

2. Building with a total area of 2,800 m², incl. production part, administrative part, repair shop and service part. The building occupies 1,680m² of the total area of the enterprise. Structurally designed for monolithic construction up to the roof level of 15.70 m. it is possible to complete the height and additionally build up the site if there are future investment intentions that are different or compatible with the production of meat products.
3. Machines - specialized for the production of meat preparations with a total purchase price of 1,200,000 euros.
4. Vehicles - purchase price of 300,000 euros
The company is one of the regional leaders in the production and catering of minced meat, semi-finished products and culinary products on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The national distribution of these products is carried out through retail chains with which the company has contracts, as well as through the trading channels of partner companies.
The product range includes:
I. Raw products - minced meat, molded products (kebapcheta, meatballs, schnitzel, burger, meat pieces), raw sausages; the possibility of producing raw and marinated packages from whole pieces of meat - cutlets, chops, etc.
II. Heat-treated meat products - fried, baked.
III. Culinary products - ready-made pasteurized meat products.
Products are offered frozen or chilled.
The manufacturing plant has an industrial capacity, meeting all the requirements of European standards and has permission to trade in the European Union. Three production lines operate in a continuous production cycle, each with 500 kg. products per hour. The company is ISO9001 quality management system and HACCP food safety system certified.
The capacity of the enterprise is 340 tons per month. In 2010 production averaged 240 tons per month.
The technological process includes:
1. Delivery of raw materials - meat, seasonings, additives, etc.
2. Input control of raw materials
3. Suitable preservation
4. Preparation of raw materials for processing - defrosting, cutting meat;
5. Dimensioning - preparation of pieces of meat for the corresponding products;
6. Slicing meat and ripening the finished meat mixture;
7. Molding according to the type of semi-finished product;
8. Thermal or refrigeration treatment;
9. Packing and packaging
10. Warehousing and transportation of finished products
The company uses modern technologies and modern European technology. It uses modern meat cutting and mixing technology, automated semi-finished products forming machines, spiral shock tunnel for cooling and freezing, continuous frying bath, continuous frying ovens and modern packaging technology. Transport activity is carried out by 15 specialized refrigerating machines.
The company employs 110 people. A professional team with relevant competencies has been created - the production and technology sector, administration and accounting, and the sales department.
So far, products are sold only in the domestic market through three main trade channels:
1. Delivery to retail chains - the company is the main supplier of the Piccadilly retail chain. An agreement was signed with the chains Kaufland, Carrefour, SVA, Burleks. Part of the production is sold in Fantastico, chain stores 345, Europe with the help of a partner company.
2. Delivery of hotels, restaurants and fast food establishments, the so-called "hot sales points".
3. EXVAN - the manufacturer has a working distribution network for the delivery of products to stores in the areas of the cities of Varna, Dobrich, Silistra, Shumen and Burgas, the so-called "cold sales points".
Development 2011 - 2012
In the next two years, the company's goal is to find opportunities to achieve project capacity. Bearing in mind that so far the products are sold only on the domestic market, we believe that there is potential for growth.
Opportunities to increase production volume exist in several directions:
1. Approval of a product with a low cost and focused on a wider range of consumers. Due to the production capabilities of the enterprise and the specifics of the goods, we believe that these are molded semi-finished meat products (kebapcheta, meatballs, schnitzel, burger, meat pieces) in frozen form, packed in volumes of 250g, 500g, 1 kg, as well as more professional packaging.
2. Search for new markets:
- internal - eg. Metro and / or distributors in large regional cities, as well as the search for logistics partners;
- external - the EU and the countries of the former Soviet Union;
3. Development of work on a new market niche - heat-treated meat products. The advantage of these food products is that they retain their taste, are packaged in convenient consumer packaging and their shelf life is up to 30 days. This segment attracts particular interest from the warm storefronts of hypermarkets.
4. Marketing - the company owns two trademarks. One brand works on the regional market of refrigeration products, and the other was created to designate culinary products and, above all, ready-made food products. It is necessary to make an investment to approve brand names.
5. Manufacture under own brands of trading retail networks. Such production is carried out under the brands of the Piccadilly network - Mr. Peaks. It is necessary to follow the announcement of competitions of large retail chains such as Metro, Billa, Kaufland, Carrefour, Fantastico and take part. The production of own brands allows a small margin of profit, but for that a large volume of production and this is an interesting move to reduce production costs.
