A beautiful traditional stone house built before 1920, in a very good condition. The house has a total area of over 100 sqm, is situated at the end of Makrades and enjoys unobstructed views to the north west. The house comes with a garden of 800sqm with mature olive, lemon, pomegranate, mandarin and almond trees, as well as a separate, independent cottage of 40 sqm, built in 2000. The garden and cottage are across the street from the big house.

From the stone portal we enter the courtyard. On the left is the kitchen, which is functional and equipped with an oven, fridge and woodstove. To the right is the main house, distributed over three floors with 30 sqm on each floor. The ground floor is one open storage space. An outside staircase takes us the the first floor, consisting of a hallway and two bedrooms, one small and one big. An inside staircase takes us to the second floor, one room of 30 sqm with windows to the west with great mountain views and a little seaview to the left. This could be turned into a bedroom or a living room.This property is of course in need of a renovation, but the roof as well as the walls are in a very good condition.

It would be possible to stay in the little cottage for the period that the big house is renovated.
