the balance of 60 of the cost is an installment payment for real estate under an agreement with the developer:

in installments from 4 to 7 years from the date of conclusion of the contract - an increase in price of 9.7 per annum

It is possible to pay 100 of the cost within 1 year without appreciation.

Installment payments are made in quarterly installments.

Option B. When paying according to this payment schedule - discount 2

100 of the cost of the apartment is paid within 1 month from the date of signing the contract.

The right to use the apartment is transferred after paying the 10th price.
