Description of the complex The apartment-hotel complex is located in the central part of the Borovets ski resort, just 100 meters from the central station of the Yastrebets gondola lift and four chair lifts. 500 meters from the complex is the residence "Tsarska Bystrica", the park of which is open to the public.

The complex consists of two main buildings, united by a warm passage, and five residential buildings, located among perennial pines. The complex is designed taking into account the tastes and needs of different groups of tourists: both lovers of skiing and conference tourism, cultural and recreational mountain tourism.
