We present to your attention a plot with a project for the construction of three residential buildings in the Black Sea village of Shkorpilovtsi, 43 km south of the city of Varna. The resort area to the north borders on the nature reserve "Kamchia", which provides excellent advantages for creating a unique atmosphere of a good rest. Project description The site has a relatively flat relief, on one side it borders on the local river. Construction indicators: - UPI area - 3000m²; - Kint: 1.5 (4500 m²); - Building density - 27 (813 m²); - Landscaping - 51; - RZP - 4439m². The project provides for the construction of three residential buildings located next to each other, in a north-south direction, with access from the western and eastern sides. The buildings are four and five-story, with a terrace-like floor. Near the houses there are 32 parking spaces in an open parking lot and 18 parking spaces in closed garages located on the western side of the basement floors of the buildings. Construction characteristics The buildings will be located on a relatively flat area. The facade is dissected by loggias and terraces of various shapes, openwork parapets, columns and pilasters. The structure of the building is monolithic, reinforced concrete. External walls will be made of bricks with thermal insulation. Materials used: structural plaster 2 mm, stone cladding, PVC double-glazed windows, openwork metal parapet, tiles. Description of residential buildings It is planned to build three residential buildings - block "A1", block "A2" and block "A3". Each of the buildings has one entrance with a naturally lit staircase and an elevator. There are 32 parking spaces in an open parking lot and 18 parking spaces in closed garages located on the western side of the basement floors of the buildings.  Block "A1": 5-storey with a terrace-like floor;  Block "A2" - 5-storey;  Block "A3" - 4-storey with a terrace-like floor. The ground floors of the three buildings on the east side will be occupied by retail space and entrances, and on the west side - covered garages and entrances to the upper floors. The second, third, fourth and fifth floors for Blocks "A1", "A2" and the second, third and fourth floors for Block "A3" are typical and similar. Each floor has four apartments: two with two bedrooms and two with one bedroom. The structural height of the dwellings is 2.88 m². Terraced floor: similar for Blocks "A1" and "A3". It has two one-bedroom apartments and two spacious outdoor terraces. The roof of the terraced floors for Blocks "A1" and "A3" has a slope of 18°, is covered with tiles, and outside the area of the terraced floor the roof is flat and represents a usable open terrace. Block "A2" does not have a terraced floor, its roof has an 18° slope and is covered with tiles.
