Location

The hotel is located in a cozy and peaceful rural area in northeastern Bulgaria, in the region of Silistra, 150 km from the city of Varna and the international airport. 25 km from the village is the regional town of Silistra, located on the Danube River. Proximity to the river gives the village a special charm, the immediate surroundings are an attractive place for organizing seasonal hunting, fishing, boat trips on the river, etc. The village is characterized by clean ecology and fresh air and has been declared a resort area. 5 km from the village there is the natural biosphere reserve "Srebarna", where you can see many rare and protected species of birds, among which the most famous are white pelicans.

Terrain features, infrastructure

The village is located 25 km from the town of Silistra, on the banks of the Danube River, where a fishing village with a beach is isolated, and in the vicinity there are picturesque islands that are accessible only by boat. Traditionally, in the summer season, the village hosts the international rowing regatta TID. At the end of August, guests from European countries, connected with the Danube River, reach the village by boat, where hospitable residents meet them, demonstrating the richness of local folklore.

Property Description

The property is located on a plot of 4000 m². and consists of a hotel in a traditional Bulgarian style, a second guest house, a barbecue oven, a parking lot, a vineyard, an orchard, a vegetable garden, hazelnut plantations.

The main part of the hotel consists of three bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), a kitchen with a tavern, a basement and a separate apartment for the owner (consists of a bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom). All rooms are fully equipped according to their purpose.

On the site there is also a second house in a semi-finished form, also consisting of three rooms with separate bathrooms. In the yard there is a barbecue oven, an external toilet, a firewood storage room and a car park.
