This property is located in the heart of the traditional village of Valanio and is situated close to the village square and local amenities. One of the benefits of this property is the adaptability of its outside spaces: It is one of the very few houses in the centre of the village that has its own off-road parking; it has a large courtyard to the front and side, shaded by overhead grapevines, and is the perfect space for outside entertaining; it has a large rear garden laid to grass, trees and a patio area, shaded by grapevines, ideal for private entertaining. There are two storage rooms outside. One, with two compartments, attached to the main house, which could be used as a utility room and workshop.
