According to tradition, Nissaki was a small rocky island which over the years was joined to the mainland, hence its name. Apart from the main beach in Nissaki, you can swim in some picturesque bays, such as Kaminaki, Agni, and Krouzeri, all with white pebbles and turquoise waters. Nissaki is about 22,5 km from Corfu Town.
To enter the villa, you cross a private paved road that will lead you to the parking area. Then to get to the garden and the pool terrace there are some steps with easy and quick access. It is worth noting that there is plenty of space for sunbathing and outdoor dining.
On the first floor there is a large dining room and the living room is a few steps down. Throughout the house there are large French doors, each with large terraces overlooking the sea and offering plenty of light during the day. The kitchen is separate and there is a door leading to the garden. Finally, on the first floor there is also a small guest WC.
