Walking up the carefully designed stairs, crossing a large path in the front garden, a majestic hand built wooden door allows access to the villa. You can enjoy the spectacular Sunrise and Sunset enjoying a coffee or a long drink in the privacy of your villa.

Τhε Villa is nestled into lush gardens with pretty olive trees and stretches of grass. Four pergolas cover the outdoor living areas. A barbeque makes it easy to serve local specialities at the al-fresco dining area with an outside table for 14 - 20 guests. You can cozy up to the wood burning fireplace. There’s also a room with exercise equipment so you can keep up with your fitness routine.

The villa interiors are spare and charming with beamed ceiling, wide tile floors and sleek and simple fireplace surround. The wooden dining table and the fully equipped kitchen has both an island layout and the delight  of an espresso maker.

Built to the highest specifications, the construction was completed in July 2016. It is the first house in Corfu to implement the use of the Control 4 system, a smart-house system that allows the guests to easily control the temperature, lighting, alarm system, and shutters through tablets that are provided throughout the house.

Each of the four bedrooms at this villa has a private en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, a separate terrace or balcony and access to the pool terrace.

Rainwater collected for household use. Grey water recycled for irrigation and used for all outdoor garden plants. Solar lighting of the garden, woodland and pathways. Floatron pool technology (reduced chlorine).

Both the village of Kassiopi as well as the closest beach are in walking distance from the Villa, 350m and 250m respectively. The village offers various shops and supermarkets, bakeries, bars and restaurants while the surrounding beaches, most of them with pebbles, have the most mesmerizing and clear waters, making them ideal for snorkeling and discovery.

The town of Corfu is a 50 minute drive away and can also be reached by sea from Kassiopi harbor.

The Airport and the general hospital are (approx) 35 km away.
